Anti-Glutathione S Transferase (GST) scFv-HRP
Glutathione S Transferase or GST is a common protein tag attached to and used to purify a protein of interest. GST fusion proteins can be purified using pull-down assays or an anti-GST antibody can simply be used to detect a protein that has no commercially available antibody but is fused to GST. The GST tag is quite large coming in at 220 amino acids (26kDa) in comparison to other tags. Our anti-GST scFv-HRP is a one step primary and secondary antibody in one. Boom.
