ANTI-BOVINE SERUM ALBUMIN (BSA) SCFV-HRP
Bovine Serum Albumin is the predominate protein present in bovine blood and is usually extract from bovine serum. It has been used routinely and extensively as a protein standard in Bradford and BCA assays to quantify protein concentration. It is also used as a blocking agent or as an additive to antibody solutions. This scFv antibody recognises BSA and can be used as a research reagent but the main reason we created it, is to affinity purify BSA using our own proprietary methods. Sneaky we know.
